1. General Information<\/strong><\/h3>
All wooden products purchased from TimbersBliss O\u00dc<\/strong> are covered by the following warranty:<\/h5>
  • 5-year warranty<\/strong> for products installed by the TimbersBliss installation team.<\/h5><\/li>
  • 2-year warranty<\/strong> for pre-assembled or ready-made products purchased without installation.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
    Repair or replacement within the warranty period does not extend or renew<\/strong> the warranty duration. The warranty for repaired or replaced components ends when the original product warranty expires.<\/h5>

    2. General Warranty Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>
    • The product must be purchased directly from TimbersBliss O\u00dc<\/strong> or an official authorized reseller.<\/h5><\/li>
    • The Buyer must have paid in full<\/strong> for the product and ensured that the chosen item is suitable for its intended use (e.g., year-round office use).<\/h5><\/li>
    • The warranty starts from the date the product is handed over to the Buyer<\/strong> and applies only when installation instructions have been properly followed.<\/h5><\/li>
    • Any modifications or alterations to the product or its components must be approved in advance<\/strong> by the Seller.<\/h5><\/li>
    • The warranty covers structural defects and faulty components<\/strong> not caused by misuse or improper handling.<\/h5><\/li>
    • The Seller must be notified of any defect within five (5) working days<\/strong> of discovery, including photos, a defect description, and the product\u2019s article and serial numbers.<\/h5><\/li>
    • The warranty covers replacement of defective parts only<\/strong>. The Seller is not responsible<\/strong> for transport, assembly, labor, or communication costs.<\/h5><\/li>
    • The Seller reserves the right to inspect and evaluate warranty claims<\/strong> within up to 14 working days<\/strong>, with the assistance of expert assessment if necessary.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Warranty Exclusions<\/strong><\/h3>
      This warranty does not cover<\/strong> damages or defects resulting from:<\/h5>
      • Improper storage or transportation, including weather exposure or insufficient protection.<\/h5><\/li>
      • Installation errors such as failure to follow instructions, poor weather conditions, inadequate foundations, missing moisture barriers, or lack of wood protection treatment.<\/h5><\/li>
      • Natural characteristics of wood<\/strong>, including expansion, contraction, color variations, knots, small cracks, or resin pockets.<\/h5><\/li>
      • Properties of finger-jointed wood components<\/strong>.<\/h5><\/li>
      • Normal wear and tear<\/strong>, such as surface abrasion on floors or thresholds.<\/h5><\/li>
      • Glass or glazing defects caused by mechanical or thermal damage<\/strong>.<\/h5><\/li>
      • Physical phenomena<\/strong>, such as condensation on windows.<\/h5><\/li>
      • Unforeseeable events<\/strong>, including vandalism, flooding, lightning, or storms.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>

        4. Buyer\u2019s Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>
        The Buyer loses warranty rights if:<\/h5>
        • The product\u2019s quantity, quality, or completeness<\/strong> is not inspected upon receipt and prior to installation.<\/h5><\/li>
        • Defective components, which could have been detected during inspection, are installed or painted<\/strong>.<\/h5><\/li>
