1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the TimbersBliss OÜ website at www.timbersbliss.ee.
Their purpose is to ensure transparency, safety, and trust between the customer and the seller.
Our product range includes high-quality garden houses, sauna houses, barrel saunas, children’s playhouses, garages, and other handcrafted wooden structures made in Estonia.
2. Ordering
You can place an order via:
  • our contact form on the website,
  • by email, or
  • by visiting our showroom.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation and payment details.
The order becomes valid once the payment has been received on the TimbersBliss OÜ account.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payment can be made based on an invoice or a signed agreement.
Order processing begins after the prepayment is received.

4. Delivery and Shipping

TimbersBliss delivers products across Estonia and, by agreement, to other countries as well.
Delivery time depends on the product type and production workload:
  • Garden houses: average delivery time 3–8 weeks
  • Barrel saunas and other structures: 3–8 weeks
Exact delivery time is agreed individually for each order.
Products are delivered either:
  • fully assembled (if transport conditions allow), or
  • as a kit with detailed installation instructions.
We also offer transport and installation services for an additional fee.

5. Warranty and Quality

All TimbersBliss products are made from durable, high-quality wood and undergo a strict quality check before shipping.
We provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
  • improper use or maintenance,
  • natural changes in wood over time (such as cracks, color variation, etc.).

6. Returns and Complaints

Customers have the right to withdraw from an online order within 14 days, provided the product is not custom-made and production has not yet begun.
If a product has already been installed at the customer’s site, no return right applies.
Custom-made products (such as garden houses, sauna houses, playhouses, garages with specific dimensions or designs) are excluded from the standard return policy.
All complaints or warranty claims should be submitted by email to info@timbersbliss.ee, including photos and order details.
We handle all requests promptly and customer-friendly.

7. Data Protection

TimbersBliss handles all customer data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Customer information is used solely for order processing and communication purposes.

8. Liability and Other Terms

TimbersBliss is not liable for damages caused by incorrect installation or neglecting maintenance instructions by the customer.
All disputes are resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
