All wooden products purchased from TimbersBliss OÜ are covered by the following warranty:
  • 5-year warranty for products installed by the TimbersBliss installation team.
  • 2-year warranty for pre-assembled or ready-made products purchased without installation.

2. General Warranty Conditions

  • The product must be purchased directly from TimbersBliss OÜ or an official authorized reseller.
  • The Buyer must have paid in full for the product and ensured that the chosen item is suitable for its intended use (e.g., year-round office use).
  • The warranty starts from the date the product is handed over to the Buyer and applies only when installation instructions have been properly followed.
  • Any modifications or alterations to the product or its components must be approved in advance by the Seller.
  • The warranty covers structural defects and faulty components not caused by misuse or improper handling.
  • The Seller must be notified of any defect within five (5) working days of discovery, including photos, a defect description, and the product’s article and serial numbers.
  • The warranty covers replacement of defective parts only. The Seller is not responsible for transport, assembly, labor, or communication costs.
  • The Seller reserves the right to inspect and evaluate warranty claims within up to 14 working days, with the assistance of expert assessment if necessary.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:
  • Improper storage or transportation, including weather exposure or insufficient protection.

  • Defective components, which could have been detected during inspection, are installed or painted.
  • Incorrect or insufficient information is provided to the Seller, or proof of purchase is missing.
